In just 20 moves, the 5 Section Taijiquan Solo Barehand Form covers the basic concepts of Yang-style Taijiquan. During these three days we will learn the 5 Section Taijiquan Yang form along with 'Taijiquan Core Principles' combining ancient movement principles with modern concepts of sports training and kinesiology. We will focus on practical elements such as footwork and alignment and connect these with more subtle, energetic aspects.
