These two 90-minutes workshops are for anyone who struggles with sleep (see flyer). A good night's sleep does not just happen, it is a question of lifestyle. We will discuss sleep physiology, issues that can affect it, and learn practices from Tai-Chi/QiGong, meridian stretches and mindfulness that effectively calm the body and the mind, and help us create balance in our life. There will be a welcome package, but shhh... it is a surprise, with items for you to bring home and enjoy a better sleep!
