Come out to the Hillsview Active Living Centres and enjoy a complimentary 1-hour T’ai Chi Try-it.
This form of Chinese exercise involves a sequence of slow, graceful movements which over time may improve circulation, coordination, balance and concentration. Practice gentle rhythmical movements that mobilize every muscle, joint and ligament in the body.
